MIGRAINE HEADACHES

Migraine is severe headache that generally occur one side of the head. It is associated with disorder digestion, liver and vision. It usually occurs when a pri under great mental tension or has got over the stake

Symptoms of Migraine Headaches


* Pain lasts around 3 days.
* Nausea and vomiting.
* Blurring vision, black spots or zigzag line appear before the eyes, or partly blank vision.
* The headache is usually accompanied by weakness in
an arm or leg and tingly and numb feeling.
* Patients are usually compulsive workers due to which the head and neck muscles are overworked and continuously stressed.
* When they relax, blood is pushed through the vessels (which expands) and causes pain.

Treatment of Migraine Headaches


* People should involve themselves in simple chores.
* They should build physical resistance through constructive thinking, exercise and proper nutrition.
* Breakfast - Both fresh and dried fruits or glass of warm water with 1 teaspoon of honey.
* Lunch - largely protein foods.
* Dinner - Raw salads, whole-wheat bread/cereals/rice or potato.

Treatment for Migraine Headaches


* Copious drinking water, cold throat pack, hot foot bath, cleansing enema, apply towels wrung in hot water to back of the neck frequently.
* Apply cold compress to the head and face. Apply hot fomentation to the abdominal region before  for headaches due to stomach and liver.
